- Monthly report from quick book on revenue received and expenses to be presented in each BoT meeting. ( Review data and work with treasure for clarification, if any)
- Share data with all board members via email.
- Quarterly analysis status to be communicated to all members.
- Review the Standard Operating Procedures that the Treasurer follows / make sure we have controls and any expense above $10,000 get a BoT approval.
- Write standard operating procedure for the Board.
- LRPC projects ( which will be the responsibility of LRPC BoT members) follow BoT approval and so vendor disbursements are done when work is completed.
- Standard Operation Procedure to submit to Henrietta Town at the beginning of each year.
All above activities are continuous activities but it would be nice to share the revenue and expenses for the month in BoT meeting.

- 50th Anniversary Celebration: Plan and execute 50th Anniversary Celebration of Temple in 2025.
- Long Term Plan for Endowment : Make sure that we have a solid plan to keep endowment growing and have a nice framework.

1.Complete evaluation of temple insurance needs to be done to ensure we have all the right coverage in each category.
2.Standard operating procedure with template of coverage needed either exists or needs to be developed and implemented.
3.Standard operating procedure to ensure premiums are paid on time.
4.Detailed master list of all insurances.

- Standard operating procedure to be written for how the agenda is prepared.
- Publish agenda for the board meeting one week before the meeting.
- Send Agenda to all board members at least one week before the meeting. (*)
- Standard operating procedure should be written how meeting notes are approved.
- The Meeting Minutes should be sent to all the Board members after the Board Meeting but seven days of the Board Meeting.
- The Meeting Minutes to be formally approved in the very next Board Meeting.
- Approved Meeting Minutes to be stored on Temple Google Drive. A google form link to be available on our website. Any member who wishes to access the meeting minutes can fill out the form. The Secretary will verify the membership status before granting Read Only Access.

- Accurate Membership List for Life Members and 3 year rolling membership
- Develop Standard operating procedure to have an up to date membership list at all times.
