The event is scheduled to take place outdoors if the weather is amiable or it would take place in the downstairs hall

For having your own Stall (Merchandise, Dresses etc.), or if you're able to make India's regional delicacies or able to volunteer in the kitchen, please email: stallsdm@htor.org. 

Volunteers for games and other generic activities (non-food related), please write to gamesDM@htor.org.

If you'd like to perform any regional music, dance, arts (drama) etc. (examples: Bhangra, Bharatanatyam, Silamban, Kuchpudi, Kathakali etc), solo or as a group, please write to caDM@htor.org.

Parking

Spillover Parking, as needed, will be at Pinnacle Luterhan Church parking lot on 

250 Pinnacle Rd, Rochester, NY 14623

Our volunteers will direct cars to spillover lot when Temple lot is full.

Please consider car-pooling and DO NOT park on the grass or on Temple / neighbor's driveway.

Please note that parking lot is unmanaged and is at patron's own risk.
